Who we are

Building the boundaries of the Kingdom’s most sensitive sites

Afaq Al Rafiat Co is a general contracting and trading company based in Riyadh. We build institutional and commercial buildings, roads and bridges, residential buildings, data centres and telecom facilities, and we specialise in security fencing, guard rails, wire rope systems and road studs.

With our own workshops, machinery and fleet of heavy equipment, we serve some of the most prominent entities in Saudi Arabia, including Saudi Aramco, SWCC, PepsiCo and several government ministries, directly and through the Kingdom’s leading main contractors.

From survey peg to handover

Survey & setting-out
Alignment walked, levels fixed and service clashes flagged before a post hole is dug.

Submittals & approvals
Shop drawings, method statements and samples approved by client and consultant.

Fabrication & procurement
Gates and steelwork fabricated in our workshops; materials sourced to specification.

Installation
Our own crews and equipment build the works, with supervision on every shift.

Testing & inspection
Concrete, compaction, earthing and alignment tested and recorded as work progresses.

Handover
Joint walk-downs close every snag; records, as-builts and warranties handed over.
