What we collect

When you use the quotation form or email us, we receive the details you provide: name, company, email, phone number, project location and message. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A short-lived session cookie protects the quotation form against forgery.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell or share them with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months. Contract records are kept for the period required by Saudi law.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@afaqalrafiat.com.

Third-party services

The contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our office. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
